FS Policies

Ordering
1. To create an order, kindly email us at annheeshop@gmail.com with details in the following order:

- Your name:
- Your contact number:
- Your email address:
- Your mailing address:
- Preferred mode of shipment : (meet up / delivery)

Item #1
- Article number:
- Size (if applicable):
- Colour (if applicable):
- Quantity ordered:

Item #2
- Article number:
- Size (if applicable):
- Colour (if applicable):
- Quantity ordered:
and so on...

2. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours, stating the payment details.

Payment

3. Upon receiving the confirmation email, please transfer the amount payable to POSB savings account 187 - 11449 - 7.

4. Kindly reply to the confirmation email with details in the following order:

- Mode of transaction (ATM/iBanking):
- Transaction reference number:
- Transaction date & time:
- Amount transferred:

Collection

5. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for items to reach you for all items since we will ship directly from KOREA.

6. All prices are inclusive of postage and registered delivery.

7. Meetups and deliveries are subjected to locations and availabilities.

Items Refund Policies

8. FS will not be held responsible if items are not brought in by the fault of merchant, a refund will then be made

9. FS will inform clients of item being out of stock as soon as merchant notifies us. However FS will not be responsible if merchant notifies us of items being out of stockv after items arrival.

Items Exchange Policies

10. All items paid for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless found unsatisfactory within reason

11. We will not be held responsible for items that do not fit buyer as sizes have been clearly provided.

12. FS will not be held responsible for any damage incurred through postage as we have checked our items thoroughly before posting.

13. Please allow a little discrepancy (2-3cm) in the stated meaurements due to production differences.

14. Enquiries are encouraged to enquire about anything unsure about items. Items will only be reserved for a maximum of three days after receiving clients orders. If payment is not made within the third day without notice, clients orders will be void
